Attard Exploration Services Ltd has been established with the specific purpose to serve as a consultancy and services company to the oil exploration industry. Along the years, the company has closely monitored Malta’s quest for developing its own natural resources, particularly within the oil exploration field and Maltese territorial waters. Landmark decisions taken by the Government of Malta in the early 90’s included seeking further developments in the offshore exploration industry – this marked a turning point for the Company, as well as increasing opportunities for potential explorations companies.

Attard Exploration Services Ltd also supports and assists throughout negotiations with relative Authorities that could lead to the acquisition of potential offshore acreage within Maltese territorial waters, as well as handling the signing and execution of exploration study agreements and production sharing contracts.

Past initiatives in this arena have led to the successful completion of 3D seismic acquisition with a respectable Zero Injury Lost Time Record.

In addition, the Company also operates and manages all local requirements which include, support base facilities with extensive storage, as well as handling areas, customs clearance, communication, secretarial, human resources, and labour force, crew changes, accommodation and travel requirements.
